Meet the Team

Jeremy Amyotte

Jeremy Amyotte | Team Leader & Selling Specialist

Jeremy was born in the small town of St. Paul, Alberta. He was raised right here in Edmonton and has been surrounded by the real estate industry since he learned to walk and talk. Watching and observing both his father and grandfather along with their peers caused Jeremy to develop a passion for real estate long before he began his career. Jeremy obtained his licence and began his career in August of 2007. This was at the very end of a real estate boom in Edmonton and the first month where sales began to plummet. There were a record high number of homes on the Edmonton market and record low sales since the 1980's. As hundreds of experienced agents overwhelmed with the new changes in the market were leaving the profession, Jeremy dedicated himself to learning the industry and selling homes quickly, skills he would need to acquire if he wanted to succeed. And he did just that! Jeremy started in a large office of 100+ realtors at Century 21 and in his first year was one of the top five agents in his office, achieving the Canadian Centurion Award along with outstanding achievements awards consecutively each quarter. As the market turned back around, Jeremy's sales began to soar. The systems he developed to sell homes in tough markets proved worked incredibly well, and in 2009 he was awarded the Medallion award from the Edmonton Real Estate Board for top 5% of MLS sales. Shortly after, he was recruited by Western Canada's #1 Re/Max office and immediately gained the respect of his peers as a professional, caring and dedicated real estate agent.

Jeremy's goal from the day he was licensed was "not to become the biggest, but to become the best". The first step to achieving this goal is the never-ending process of education. While the average agent learns from the next average agent, therefore producing average results, Jeremy employed the best coaching program in the world to work with him along with a network of top producing agents across North America in order to continuously develop new systems and stay ahead of the rest of the industry. In addition, he has an extensive itinerary filled with seminars, courses and books on marketing, negotiations, personal relations and other topics related to producing the best results for each and every client.

Lisa Davies

Lisa Davies | Buyer Specialist

Lisa was born in Edmonton and grew up in both St Albert and Sherwood Park. She previously worked at TD Canada Trust in Victoria B.C. as a Financial Advisor while operating a tourism/hiking business in her time away from the bank. Seeing the joy in people who were buying homes through the financing end caused her to make the decision to move into Real Estate.

Lisa is a very positive, hard working person who has a true passion for helping others. She is dedicated to her role in helping buyers find the best home that suits their needs, negotiating a good price and feeling comfortable in making the right decisions while consistently demonstrating a high level of professional excellence with all of her clientele.


Sofia Varzaru

Sofia Varzaru | Client Care Coordinator

One major key that sets the Jeremy Amyotte Real Estate Team apart from other agents in Edmonton is the belief in strong customer service. We believe you should be able to reach someone from our team at all times, which is where our Client Care Coordinator comes in.

Sofia Varzaru joined Jeremy's team in February of 2016. With several years of experience working in customer service as well as business administration, Sofia is ideally suited to role of helping people find the answers they need. She ensures that our clients are kept up to date throughout the selling process by coordinating showings, receiving feedback from other agents and corresponding with lawyers, home inspectors, conveyancing, and mortgage brokers. Sofia is always available during business hours so questions and requests are handled promptly. Sofia also covers much of the back-end work that most don’t see in our day to day operations and keeps our busy team organized. She has a fantastic work ethic and her genuine, caring manner makes her a great asset to us and a pleasure for our clients to work with.

Ron Lefebvre | Mortgage Consultant

Ron Lefebvre is a mortgage broker who's served the Edmonton area since 2009. Ron ranked in the Top 50 mortgage brokers in Canada in 2013 and was voted Broker of the Year at the Canadian Mortgage Awards in 2012. Like any broker, Ron has mortgage expertise, but how he puts that expertise to work is what seperates him from others. Paul Nothof

Paul Nothof | Lawyer

Paul’s role as lawyer comes in after a deal is put in place and conditions are removed. Paul assists us in ensuring that the transaction with title transfers, Real Property Reports, disputes and other details is handled smoothly. He has been practicing law for over 26 years, working in residential and commercial real estate transactions, real estate syndications, limited partnerships and condominium development. Paul’s down-to-earth attitude along with his creative and logical approach makes him a great asset to our team and to our clients.
