About myself

Growing up in the industry with my father and grandfather, my passion for Real Estate developed at an early age and the decision to follow in their footsteps was an easy one. The experience, knowledge and passion for the business of real estate began to develop long before I started my career. Needless to say, the fast track to success began immediately and I became one of top producers in my office within my first year. My goal as a person was always to be held in the highest regard with everyone I meet and I’ve carried that goal on as a professional Realtor. My goal is not to be the biggest but simply the best and I hope that I’ll have the chance to prove it to you!

 -Since January 1, 2009, the success rate for my residential listings is 100% at an average of 35.2 days for 98.3% of the asking price. That means that each and every home listed with me has a tremendous chance, not only just of selling, but selling in half of the Edmonton Real Estate board’s average of 62 days, and for maximized profit.
-Over 90% of my business comes from either past clients or referrals from past clients, indicating that my clients are so confident with my systems that they are happy to come back to me and recommend me to their friends and family.
